Not all heart attacks begin with sudden, crushing chest pain.  In fact, some patients experience no pain.  The symptoms of a heart attack can vary from person to person. 

Symptoms of a Heart Attack Include:

  • Chest pain or discomfort (it can feel like pressure, tightness, squeezing, fullness or pain)
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Pain radiating to shoulders, arm or jaw
  • Nausea, heartburn, vomiting
  • Cold sweats
  • Dizzy or light-headed
  • Unusual fatigue
