Why wasn't I considered or called for an interview?
You may not meet the requirements of the position, internal applicants may be given priority for the position, your application may be incomplete, or your desired shift and FTE may not match what the position calls for. These are only a few of many reasons why you may not be considered for an interview.

Can I apply for other positions?
Yes, you may apply for other positions at any time, there is no waiting period.

When can I expect a response after I apply?
If you provide a valid e-mail address, you can expect a response as soon as your application is reviewed. There are times this may take time, as every position has different requirements for time to fill.

Will I be contacted if I am not considered?
You will only be contacted directly if there is an interest to interview you. Otherwise, you should receive a response via e-mail indicating that you have not been considered for the position(s) as soon as all applications are reviewed.

If I do not see any openings for the position(s) I am interested in, can I apply anyway?
Yes, your application will be kept on file for up to one year, active for 6 months, and you may be considered for future opportunities.

Why is a position still posted after it has been filled?
A position may remain posted until the hiring process is complete.

What if I do not have a resume?
A resume is beneficial but not required. A completed application is required for consideration.

What information is required on the application?
Your work history, past employment dates, name of employer, employer’s address, telephone number, your education history, and references including names, addresses, and phone numbers are all required.

How far back should I provide my work history?
The application allows three previous employer sections. This is where a resume could be beneficial if it provides additional detail about your work history that may reveal all of your qualifications for the position.

What if I do not remember the exact dates of my employment history?
You should provide the correct month and year of start dates and end dates of your employment history. If you do not have this information, please contact your prior employers for this information.
