Pre-Employment Services
- Pre-employment physicals to determine if the candidate can perform the physical requirements of the job
- Hazmat and DOT physicals
- Post-offer screenings, i.e. ERGOS lift tests---a computer based work simulator that evaluates an employee's physical capabilities
- Pulmonary funcation testing to determine lung capacity
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Hearing testing
- TB screening
Job Specific Services
- Ergonomic consulting/job analysis to assess the safety of an organization's work environment and job functions to help avoid worker injuries
- On-site injury prevention education to avoid "over use" injuries such as carpal tunnel, back, and shoulder injuries
- Writing job specific physical requirements that meet ADA requirements
- Functional capacity testing to provide baseline data on an employee's phyical work performance
- Resolve medical disputes with data from ERGOS pre-employment screenings
Injury/Incident & Rehabiliation Services
- 24-Hour emergency department available for employment injuries or illnesses
- Evaluation and treatment of an illness or injury including a customized rehabilitation program to facilitate a safe and speedy return to work
- Drug testing
- Breath alcohol testing
- Chemical testing
Health & Wellness Services
- Nurse placement at your location during the hours and days you specify
- Employee health risk appraisals
- Health fairs and/or individual programs on stress management, exercise, massage/relaxation techniques, nutrition, hazardous materials, infection control, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, back care, injury prevention, and bloodborne pathogens (other topics may be available upon request)
- Screenings including: cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, PSA, height/weight, three-minute cardiac step test, pulmonary function/respiratory fitting, and hearing (when available)
- Immunization Clinics such as flu, pneumonia, tetanus, hepatitis and measles/mumps/rubella
- Freedom From Smoking classes
- Nutritional consults (such as cholesterol, diabetes or weight management)
