For your convenience, eye clinic and pharmacy services are available at Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics. These privately owned businesses rent space from the hospital and are located in the retail concourse.

Anderson & Shapiro Eye Care
Anderson & Shapiro Eye Care provides a full range of services including general eye exams, therapeutic and post-operative care, diagnosis/treatment of eye diseases and fitting patients with the latest styles and types of contact lenses and glasses.

Monthly surgical consultations are available for cataract, LASIK, and other procedures by Dr. Michael Shapiro, board certified ophthalmologist. State of the art equipment is brought to Moundview Memorial for surgeries. Consultations for reconstruction/repair of eye problems and eye/facial cosmetic procedures are offered bi-monthly through Dr. Bradley Lemke, of Lemke Facial Surgery.

The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. For questions or more information, call the clinic at (608) 339-6121.

Phillip's Roche-a-Cri Pharmacy
Phillip's Roche-a-Cri Pharmacy dispenses general prescriptions and offers a variety of over the counter medications. Medical equipment and supplies are also available including walkers, canes, gauze dressing, crutches, bath benches and wheelchairs. Items that are not in stock may be ordered for you and available for pick up usually within 24 hours.

A consultation with a pharmacist is provided with each prescription and questions are always welcome. Billing is provided for a full range of insurance plans. AARP senior discount cards are accepted. Prescriptions may be mailed to the patient's home upon request. Delivery service is also available within a three mile radius.
