Yoga Classes
Beginning and Intermediate classes by Mike Fendt, certified yoga instructor and physical therapist at the hospital. Yoga is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

Advance Directives
Does your family know your wishes regarding life-sustaining procedures? Nira Fisher, Social Services Director at the hospital, holds periodic programs to help individuals better understand advance directives, explains how to fill out the paperwork and more. Call: (608) 339-8372.
Massage
Massage is an essential part of healing as well as a popular way to reduce stress, relax and improve overall health.
Location: Moundview Rehabilitation Department
Fee: $25 for a half-hour; $40 for one hour

Speaker’s Bureau
Businesses and organizations who need a speaker on a health related topic may contact the hospital to see if a speaker is available for the date needed. Call Community Relations at (608) 339-8328.
Health Screenings
Glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure and other screenings are offered periodically to the public during the year. Most are offered at specific events, for example hospital week or the annual community fitness events. In addition, blood pressure screenings are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Moundview Home Health Office located at 450 E. State Street in Adams. Screenings and programs are also available to local businesses on a contract basis.
