Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics has a formal process for receiving, investigating, and resolving customer concerns. If you are unhappy with our services and our staff is unable to immediately resolve your grievance, a “Documentation of Customer Concern” Form should be completed.
The form is then forwarded to the appropriate administrative personnel who respond to the issue within one week. This includes investigating the concern, initiating a corrective process to resolve the issue, and following up with the patient and/or family.
